ICS525-01RILFT Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the SSOP package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains 28 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. In this clock generator, Clock is used as the input to the clock. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 140MHz is available. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 5.5V. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 3V. Microprocessor-specific clock PLL with 28 bits. In addition to having an impressive low-temperature performance, this clock device can perform -40°C operations simultaneously. This RF synthesizer can last with attenuated performance at 85°C.
