CY2308SXC-2 Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tube method. The 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 16 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer.
