ADF4116BRU Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tube method. Embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 240 during reflowing. 16 terminations can be found in frequency generators. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS, TTL. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility.
