TEMD6010FX01 Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) to prevent damage. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into 1206 packages. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 16V continuously in reverse-bias mode. Pins 2 are present on the photodiodes. The photodiodes could release 100mW heat within a circuit. A reverse anode voltage of 16V should be applied to the photodiodes. It is generally recommended that the maximum heat released by photodiodes should be 100mW in a circuit. In the DC circuit, the photodiodes can function properly with a reverse voltage of 16V. A photodiode conducts 2nA current without light input.
